Before a parcel leaves

Successful payment authorization starts an estimated 1–2 business-day preparation period. Handling finishes before the separate carrier timeline begins.

After dispatch

Carrier travel is estimated at 4–6 business days from shipment. Applicable holidays and weekends are excluded, and the estimate is not a guaranteed delivery appointment. Checkout identifies available destinations and charges.

Address, scans, and exceptions

Confirm every destination field before checkout. An initial tracking scan may not appear immediately. If a parcel is late, lost, marked delivered but missing, or damaged in transit, write to dixonmoss5567330@gmail.com and include the order reference, purchasing email, and tracking number.
