Which Klean Kanteen products are listed?

You can compare reusable water bottles, insulated tumblers, cups and mugs, food storage, kids' items, caps, lids, straws, parts, apparel, and bundles. Each product page shows the configurations currently available.

What is the expected order timeline?

Preparation usually requires 1–2 business days after authorization. The parcel then has an estimated 4–6 business days of carrier transit after it ships. More detail appears in the Shipping Policy.

Are preference and defect returns both accepted?

Eligible new, unused preference returns and damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed orders can be requested within 30 days after delivery. We also accept exchange requests, subject to review and inventory.

What costs apply to a return?

An eligible mailed return uses the free prepaid label included in the package after approval. No restocking fee is charged. We process or initiate an approved refund within 10 days, while provider posting may take additional time. See the Refund Policy.
