Refund Policy

Eligibility after delivery

Submit a return or exchange request within 30 days after receiving the order. New, unused items in original condition may qualify when a customer changes their mind or chooses the wrong option. We also address damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing components, and goods materially unlike their description. Statutory rights are not reduced.

Request review first

Send dixonmoss5567330@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, reason, and relevant images or video for a problem item. Keep the packaging and wait for approval, the correct mailing destination, and instructions. Do not assume the General mailing address is a returns warehouse.

Mailed return support

The package contains a free prepaid label for an eligible return by mail. Contact us if that label was not received or has been lost. Approval is still required before using it. There is no restocking fee, and an exchange depends on the review outcome and current inventory.

Original-method credit

We process or initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The customer's bank or payment provider controls any additional posting time.
